Hindi Day Celebration (Grade 1 to 4)

हिंदी दिवस हर साल 14 सितंबर को मनाया जाता है, जो हिंदी भाषा की महत्ता और सांस्कृतिक धरोहर को मनाने का अवसर है। एसजी स्कूल, गांधीनगर में इस दिन विशेष कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाते हैं। विद्यार्थियों द्वारा हिंदी कविता पाठ, निबंध प्रतियोगिताएं और भाषण प्रतियोगिताएं आयोजित की जाती हैं।

स्कूल के सभी वर्गों में हिंदी भाषा के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए आकर्षक पोस्टर और चार्ट प्रदर्शित किए जाते हैं। इस अवसर पर, शिक्षकों और छात्रों के बीच संवाद और चर्चाएँ होती हैं, जिससे हिंदी भाषा के महत्व को समझा जा सके। हिंदी दिवस का यह उत्सव एकजुटता और सांस्कृतिक गर्व का प्रतीक है।

Swachhata Pakhwada

On 14/09/2024, Swachhata Pakhwada was celebrated with great enthusiasm, promoting cleanliness and hygiene. The event focused on creating awareness about the importance of a clean environment through various activities such as cleanliness drives, awareness campaigns, and educational sessions. Participants actively engaged in cleaning local areas, waste segregation, and spreading messages about the significance of maintaining cleanliness in daily life. The celebration aimed to instill a sense of responsibility and encourage community participation in building a cleaner, healthier environment. The event concluded with a pledge to continue efforts towards a cleaner and more sustainable future.

GANESH CHATURTHI CELEBRATION (Grade 1 to 4)

Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated with great enthusiasm at SG School in Gandhinagar. The festivities begin with the installation of a beautifully adorned idol of Lord Ganesha in the school premises. Students participate in various activities, including singing devotional songs, performing dances, and reciting prayers, creating a vibrant atmosphere of devotion and joy.

Classrooms are decorated with colorful rangoli and artwork inspired by Ganesha. Special food offerings, or “prasad,” are prepared and shared among students and staff, emphasizing the spirit of community. The celebration culminates in the immersion of the idol in water, symbolizing the return of Lord Ganesha to his heavenly abode, while fostering unity and cultural appreciation among students.

THANK YOU CARD (Grade 5 to 8)

Making thank-you cards in SG School is a delightful activity that encourages gratitude and creativity. Students can use colorful papers, markers, and stickers to design unique cards. Each card can express appreciation for teachers, friends, or family, fostering a culture of thankfulness and strengthening relationships within the school community.
