Weaving Utility and Art in Creative Door Mat Making Activity
Practical design and resourcefulness came alive as students of Classes 5 to 8 participated in an innovative Door Mat Making Activity. Using braided old fabrics, sturdy jute, and recycled yarns, our middle schoolers skillfully woven durable and eye-catching mats. The hands-on workshop taught valuable life skills, spatial planning, and the beauty of upcycling household materials into functional craft.
