Rooted in Heritage: Middle Schoolers Explore Traditional Warli Art

On August 5, 2026, students from Grades 5 to 8 immersed themselves in the rich world of Indian tribal heritage through a special Warli Art workshop. Channeling ancient traditions using simple geometric shapes—circles, triangles, and lines—our young artists depicted vibrant scenes of village life, folk dances, and harmony with nature. The activity offered a wonderful blend of history and creativity, encouraging students to appreciate traditional art forms while developing fine brush control and detailed storytelling skills on canvas. The stunning earth-toned creations now bring an authentic touch of folklore to our school art wall!
